Exercise is also an important part of keeping both your body and your mind healthy like a machine needs oiling our body needs a little workout. Spending money on a gym membership can be really painful for some so I am listing below some of the best free workout apps available which can help you get a fab and healthy body without spending anything:

  1. Nike training club: This is one of the best fitness apps I have come across; that is why I have kept it on the top. The subscription is free with more than 185 workouts ranging from 15 to 60 minutes. You can choose from a long list of bodyweight-only sessions, yoga classes, targeted training programs and full-equipment workouts for all fitness levels Android IOS
  2. J&J Official 7-Minute Workout: The app boasts 72 different exercises and 22 workouts, with options ranging in both duration (7 to 32 minutes) and intensity. The best part is you can select your own music from your google play music library. Android IOS
  3. Daily workout Lite: If you are in a rush like me and can’t spend much time, this is the place. They have divided the exercises for three-time intervals 5 mins, 8 mins and 10 mins so max that you can do in 10 mins 😀 Just kidding I will ask you spend time on the workout as much as possible for you Android
  4. FitOn: Okay, so if you are someone who wants to work out with top trainers then FitOn gives access to workouts from some of today’s top trainers, including Jeanette Jenkins (who’s worked with Pink, Alicia Keys, and Mindy Kaling), Cassey Ho of Blogilates, and Katie Dunlop of Love Sweat Fitness. You can find wide varieties of workouts like cardio, strength, HIIT, Dance, yoga. This has an optional pro version, but there will be no need of that. Android IOS
  5. Simply yoga: I like this app because it is very basic and simple. You don’t have to go into the hassle of creating account etc. It has level one and level two 20, 40 and 60-minute yoga routines that step you through each pose. Android IOS
  6. Yoga for beginners: As the name says, it is an excellent app for the newbies. They have classes ranging from 7-14 mins with a selection of yoga routines including bedtime yoga, beginner yoga, energy booster, fat burner, inner peace, yoga for abs and more. Android IOS
  7. Aerobics: If you are new to exercises, you might want to start with aerobics to build up endurance and nothing is better than this 30 days plan. Your every day will be planned with 6-8 great and well-demonstrated exercises. Android

For those who are willing to spend a little, below are some of the great app. They have their basic features free but comes with a premium for additional benefits. This can be great for those who use to go gym regularly (now we don’t know when we will be able to go), you can use a part of your gym membership to get these apps: D
